Over to you:

We would like to thank you warmly for your caring, expert and loving all-round support.

Our thanks go above all to our tour manager Judith, who quietly solved the little problems along the way. She and our driver Axel complemented each other wonderfully and turned the trip into an experience.

We had the pleasure of having Ms Reinartz as our tour guide. It was an extremely informative and entertaining five hours, backed up with memorable stories. Every question got a knowledgeable answer, and Ms Reinartz also conjured up one or two surprises from her bag.

From the very start of the trip we had such a great tour manager – Judith captivated the guests from the beginning: friendly, obliging and helpful. Her teamwork with Gert, our coach driver, worked perfectly, every single day. You’d want a tour manager like that on every trip.

The tour with Ms Reinartz in particular was something very special. We were all thrilled!

Dear Ms Reinartz, I had already received excellent feedback from Mr Weinig that everything went perfectly, with excellent weather and sensational guiding. Everyone was extremely satisfied. Thank you once again for accompanying the group so wonderfully, together with your colleague.

As mentioned in our phone call today, I very much enjoyed Ms Reinartz’s commentary on our tour on 11 December 2019. As we are also considering a private city tour of Hamburg, I would be grateful if you could send me her contact details.

We did the tour with Judith today and it was truly fantastic! Lots of information at just the right time, entertaining – really great. Huge praise for Judith, she does it wonderfully!
